France Duval and Bruno Laplante made Quebec City their home base from where they continue to launch their national and international tours. Up to now, they have performed in more than 15 countries, 50 cities, all around the Earth: in Latin America (Mexico, Brazil, Venezuela), Asia (Korea, Japan), Australia, Europe (France, Austria, Italy, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Russia, Croatia, Serbia, Hungary, Romania, ...), and in North America (Canada: Quebec, British Columbia, ...). Through "Le Nouveau Théâtre Musical" (NTM), their Production Company, these two artists have made several records and produced many thematic concerts which include "Les Années folles" (The Crazy Years, The Mad Years: 1918-1939 in Paris...), "La Belle Époque" (The Nice Time, The Good Time: 1890-1914), "Vienne impériale" (Imperial Vienna, Vienna Waltz Time, 1815-1914), "Les Salons parisiens" (1870-1914, private promotion of innovating or foreign musicians in Paris). With the revival of such times, they have brought to life famous artists like Yvonne Printemps (1895-1977), Sacha Guitry(1885-1957) and Reynaldo Hahn (1874-1947). They have also produced lyrical evenings highlighting important events such as the 100th Anniversary of the Cinema, the Jean de La Fontaine Tricentennial, as well as the Paul Verlaine, Johann Strauss, and Walt Disney Centennials. Since year 2000, they often include their two children, Rosemarie and Mathilde (from age of 8 and 4 years old), in their performances. All the family was in Europe for summer 2002 and, back to home, has finished a first family recording, released at the end of that year. In December 2004 all the family made a singing tour in Japan (in 4 cities) and sang also in France and Switzerland in August 2005. In December 2006 they gave in Quebec City 10 performances of their Ending Year new show. And, for next December, they are preparing for a long singing family tour in Australia and Asia. All the many CD records of Le Duo Lyrique Laplante-Duval are now available through the Internet.
